Hi,
I did used to go to a slimming class but unfortunately it's been shut down for unknown reasons so when I found this site I thought it would be such a help. I've to lose 10% of my body weight by May 4th for the doc so fingers crossed. Other than that ideally I want to lose at least 4 stone (56lbs). But I'll be happy to lose anything at this stage.

This morning I did a 30 mins aerobics dvd
Breakfast:
2 pieces of wholegrain brown bread
banana
glass of orange juice

Lunch:
Low fat Bagel
Low fat cream cheese
4 mini tomatoes and lettuce

20 min Walk

Dinner:
salmon
3 baby potatoes
lettuce/tomato/mushrooms

no snacks or crap food today yey, but do need to start drinking more water, I'm terrible with liquid because I never feel thirsty. So on ward and upward :)
 
Hey Maggie, welcome to WLF.

Good luck with your goals, I'm new too, and this forum has helped a hell of a lot in keeping my discpline and motivation up. If you're looking for inspiration, come over to the Heroic 90 Day Challenge in the Club Challenges section of the forum, it's a ton of fun and very competetive.

I must say, your diet is looking pretty good, although you possibly need to increase the frequency of your meals. Divide what you're eating into 5-6 smaller meals and leave no more than 2-3 hours between meals, it'll completely eradicate any need to snack on emergency impulse buys like fast food. Also it'll up your metabolism, as when your body realises that it's recieving regular nutrition it'll start burning calories much faster, rather than reverting to starvation mode, where the body stores fat like mad and resorts to cannibalising muscle tissue.

Hiiii :D sounds good so far, well done :D Im with you though, im terrible with drinking, something I must change aswel :smash:
