Some of you have probably seen my postings here however I thought I'd strart an intro thread. I've been working in the industry for 10+ years and also have a professional online training business. I, too, share a passion of this lifestyle as many of you here do as well and I look forward to helping out in any way I can.

There is a TON of positive energy here and I look forward to chatting with you all.

Hi LV. I was wondering... I have been doing 1000 crunches per day and I still can't see my abs. Being a "professional" and all, I thought you could give me some guidance. Why can't I see them??????? Am I destined to have belly fat?
 
Well one thing that stands out is the 1000 crunches. I suggest you increase this to 2000 per day and also add 500 bicep curls as they do wonders for the core.

So, by lifting weights, and it doesn't matter what kind of exercises I do, I will turn fat into muscle. Is that what you are saying?

Of course your muscle will turn into fat you silly goose you.

What I am saying is that to focus on getting that McDreamy 6 pak, you are going to have to perform at least 500 bicep curls per day. Oh don't forget to throw in some machine calf raises. This is the reason my 6 pak looks like a road map.

You are such a good trainer. How can I ever thank you. And calories don't matter, right? As long as I do these exercises, I will remain lean?
 
You can eat anything you little heart desires Stevie-pooh as long as your working out hard, you will see MAJOR progress.

Dude. You don't have to do ANY exercises. I just saw this amazing new pill on TV, available for the first time ever to the public, that will make the fat absolutely MELT off. It's called RESULTS NOT TYPICAL ;)
