Hello all!
I've been lurking on the forum for some time now but today I finally decided to join. I've been keeping a weight loss blog since I started on January 1, but after seeing the kind and motivating comments that long time forum members like wishes, niapage, Kaitie, Pequin, M2M, redneckwoman66, Maleficient, DairyQueen and others have made I think I am now ready to join the weight loss forum family.
On January 1 when I started I weighted 244 pounds. The last time I weighed myself was on the 15th and I had already lost 15 pounds.
That is 15 pounds in 15 days!
In most circumstances that would seem really unhealthy but since I started my weight loss with a colon cleanse the weight I've lost is from the 4-20 pounds of yuck that the average person has sitting around in their colon. (Yes, we are all full of crap
)
Besides the colon cleanse the healthy weight loss program I am following has me on a low-carb/high-protein diet, lifting weights and taking a few weight loss vitamins and supplements.[/FONT]
So far I feel fantastic and I am glad to know I have all of you on my side. I look forward to being a contributor on the forum!
