Hi, I’m not sure how to start so I’m going to dive right in.
I’ve struggled for all my adult life to get rid of fat around my lower stomach. I am a naturally slim woman and my upper stomach is toned and flat. From my belly button down there is a round pouch of fat that I really don’t know how to get rid of.
I exercise 3-4 times a week - I go jogging round the park for cardio (an average of 5k) and do free weight training in my gym, focussing on toning. I have a healthy diet - I am a vegetarian and eat lots of fresh vegetables and pulses. Im
Not sure if there are elements of my diet that I don’t really might be creating this.
It is a really strange localised ring of fat and all the forums and advice online I’ve found seems to speak generally about toning the general stomach area. Advice on this would be hugely welcome. Thank you in advance.
