Low sodium sauces for vegetables?

I'm not a huge fan of veggies in general. However, I do like them grilled with Teriyaki sauce, chicken/beef broth, or various other gravies. Problem, of course, is that stuff is super-high in sodium. I've tried lemon & lime juice; it's okay, but nothing to write home about.

Do any of you have sauce recipes that aren't too high in salt? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

low sodium soy sauces and teriyaki sauces are available.

I like balsamic vinegar

or roasted veggies tossed with just some olive oil and a 1/2 an ounce (about 2 tbs) of parmesan cheese)

if you check the marinade aisle in the grocery store, there's tons avaialble for chicken and stuff, any one of those could be substituted for veggies.

Make your own chicken broth. Boil whole chicken or breasts with whole onion cut in half, celery, carrots, peppers (if you like them) garlic, herbs such as rosemary and thyme. Strain. Freeze this. It's great and so is the chicken!
