Low metabolism

hello there and welcome :)
for questions regarding metabolism and similar please take a look at the nutrition as well as exercise sections, especially through the sticky threads. i'm sure you will find some great advice for yourself.

when I broke my elbow i wasnt aloud to do anything, so because of that i made myself follow a diet plan. I did this for about 9 mouths while i heeled. but by the end of all this i had gained 20lbs.
 
make sure to eat breakfast within an hour or so of waking then eat 4-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism engaged.
 
MISSRN, That's a big myth that's perpetuated quite often in this industry. You don't have to eat 4-6 meals per day as it has not been shown to increase metabolism.
