Low Carb?

Well im trying to see how much carbs I should eat a day. Im trying to loose 10 lbs in around a month so Im thinking 50 carbs and alot of protien in my diet might help.

Salads
Tuna
Water
Protien Shake
Subway 6 inch Sandwish

And eat good on Saturday.

Im thinking about doing this for 3 weeks and keeping my workout rolling
20 minute Cardio
Alot of abs
and whatever im working out on that date.

What do you guys think?
 
IMO, you will lose the 10lbs but it will be water and lean muscle and throw your metabolism out of whack. :(
 
Blah I dont want that.
I had a nice Fresh Garden Salad with Italian Dressing and like 6 club crackers and some water.
My plan when I get home is 2 cans of tuna and my protien shake

Sound ok?
