Hello everyone
I am new here. I start my glorious weight loss journey on the Friday 1/7/11. I can't wait. My motivation comes from me being able to say I LOVE ME. Before I didn't care I just was like ol well about my health and looks. But over time I began too love my thickness. Men began too hit on me I gained a big confidence boost. I Started dressing up and the whole 9 yards. Now I feel I can get to where i need to be weight wise. I do feel i am going to hit a lot of rough spots so I am doing different things to help me out. I created a channel on YouTube..Classchane01 which will document my weight lost and my ups and downs as well as gain support from those who are taking action this year instead of making the same resolutions about getting healthy I am starting a 30 day HCG diet to kick the weight loss into gear. I am also working out with the KINECT..This is awesome. Dance central, Your Shape Fitness and Zumba are my game choice to get my body moving. I will try to walk 2-5 miles daily. So let keep in touch uplift each other. Can’t wait to hear from you guys! Muah lets hug ourselves and believe we are beautiful. Lets get fit.
