Hi, I've always been really skinny... and I still am, but I think I'm developing "lovehandles". I know that I have strong abs, but you can't really see them because of the small fat tissue I have on top of them. Can somebody please tell me what I should do to get rid of that fat? I know that sit-ups help... but they don't help enough, mostly they just strengthen the abs, which isn't really the problem. I keep on hearing that running is the best things for me to do, but I don't have a treadmill and I don't have money to go to the gym. I would just run outside but I'm temporarily living with my grandmother and she lives in a really bad neighborhood so I know she would never let me go out alone here. So I just don't know what to do... I mean, I can't just run around the house for 45 minutes, lol... wait, can I?
