love handles/lower ab pudge

i need to het rid of mine
its my biggest insecurity
that and my thighs...but lets just fix my little lower ab pudge and love handles first
can you guys give me some exercises to do? i really dont like the ball because i never can do it right and i am highly uncorridinated and short and have short limbs
soooo lets do something with light weights maybe and no ball!
 
Exercise is all fine and dandy, but you are only going to be able to lose that fat by having a proper diet. Full body weights 3 times a week, with compound movements (deadlift, squat, lunge, pullup, bench, dip, etc), some HIIT, and a very good diet will net you results.
