Within 1 year (starting Feb 2008), I dropped 60 "extra" lbs off my body. During the first 7 months, the weight came off very easy. The next 2 months was a huge struggle and the last few months have been at most, 1 lb per month. If wondering, I still have 5 lbs to drop. Most of this remaining weight is persistant "love handles". Mostly on the front and sides of my soft belly area.
If wondering, my normal exercises are: situps, push ups, TM, Glider, stationary bike, skip rope, run up/down stairs and 4 mile jogs every other night. Also do hand weights and some shadow boxing as well.
To remove my remaining "love handle" area, what new exercises should I use?
