Lost weight, but can't seem to get those abs showing

I've had people on another fitness forum tell me as long as you have enough protein in your diet, the right amount of fat, and the right total number of calories, it doesn't really matter what you eat. Is that right? Here is the diet I have decided on based on that information. Please let me know what you think.

Ok, here's what I've come up with. What do you think.

2 pieces grilled chicken for lunch

420 cals

66g protein

15g fat

Protein Shake

370 calories

1g fat

68g protein

Hamburger, fries for dinner

1145 cals

49g protein

52g fat

1935 cals

183g protein

68g fat (I am going to get some fattier milk to up the fat in my protein shake, so this will go up a little)

listen brother

look at my pictures, i will tell you the truth...simple...do not eat processed food...continue a good workout routine... it is that simple... do not eat processed food and work out regularly...there is no such thing as a diet per se. We are caught up in the matrix, nothing processed is good. Jack Lalanne said it best, if it doesn't look like it came out of the ground or fell of the tree forget it. Read this book: Fit for Life: by...Diamond, not the new version, get the first edition. and even then the truth of things is hard to ascertain.

you are complicating things, personal trainers and everyone else seem to want to complicate the simplest of things...do not eat processed food of any sort. once you get to where you want, of course, you can, once in awhile eat **** like sugar...but not now. you want to see your abds... i just told you what no one else will... **** all your calculations, protein ..calories...just eat nature produce and fruit and fish and nuts.

Eating processed food once in a while is not gonna harm you as long as you dont make a habit out of it.
About those abs. you may have heard from people to do crunches, and theyd be right. however, doing the odd few arent going to help you. you need a prolonged, intense session, eg. eight minutes, doing different types of crunches such as normal, alternating and double crunches. do a set of fourty on two different types of crunch then take a short rest, 15-30 seconds, then repeat. Make sure you dont do it on consecutive days so your abs have a chance to recover and repair. if your abs are burning and you feel like throwing up by the end of it, youv done it right.
another good way is swimming. doing and hour long session of continuous breast stroke, whatever the speed, will shave of that last little layer of fat covering the abs.
