I'm 19 years old and in college, and have been heavy most my life. One day I was sick of it and starting lifting weights, using the bowflex, and doing cardio. I have quadrupled my strength since I first begun. I used to NEVER get attention from the ladies. Now they stare at me, feels really weird, but I'm not complaining
. I actually got a girlfriend now 
Cardio days: 50 to 80 minutes on exercise bike, or jogging 3 miles.
Lifting days, Standing bicep curls (up to 55 pound dumbbells each arm), Bench press(265 pounds), Squats(200 pound), Tricep extensions(50 pounds), Row overs(120 pounds), Leg extensions(90 pounds each leg), Military press(140 pounds). Push ups(42), I'm starting to do more and more lifts now that I can, and will add more in the future.
Diet: 1900 calorie diet, 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat from calories.
Protein had Whey protein shakes factored in, and carbs were mostly slow-carbs (whole wheat, beans, yams)
I want to lose about 15 more pounds of fat, then start a 2300 calorie diet, and focus more on building muscle.
