Lost Another Pound

It has been feeling so great losing my weight. I am now at 172.5. It feels great to fit back in my jeans again. I still just eat one meal each day (salad, meat, vegetables, dessert). But I noticed there was a period in the past week that I was plateauing and not losing any more weight. So, I switched my daily large piece of pie with a extra large Almond Hershey bar, and now I am losing weight again. I guess the piece of pie I was consuming was a lot more calories than 570, which is the amount of calories in the Hersheys Bar.

Why are you only eating one meal a day?

I am only eating one meal each day because that is what works best for me. Eating several meals each day did not work for me but only triggered my hunger. I am now down to 170 and have lost 10 pounds in less than 2 months and feeling great. I have had such turmoil in my life in the past few weeks, and it has been my weight loss routine that has kept me sane.

I would very much like to help you out. My name is George and I am a fitness and nutrition freak. For my whole life I have been active. For 25 years I have learned about nutrition, food, herbs, dieting, and everything in between.

New age thinking says we need to eat small meals all day long. Kind of like a scavenger. Which is my prefered diet. It works for me, but if one meal a day seems to be what works for you then do it. I don't think all of humanity gets to eat all day. I would drop the Hershey bar though. It is mostly sugar and processed crap. Switch it to a 70% dark chocolate bar or higher, they get quite bitter though (if you have a dog DO NOT let it eat this kind of chocolate). Still processed crap but the higher amount of cacao is an antioxidant. Hershey will not have much of it. Probably help a little more.

I have a huge wealth of knowledge and work with people to change not force them.
