hey guys, hope you all enjoyed the holidays! 
My questions are these:
I've lost 55lbs and my waist is still the same size as it was. Granted I went from a 40 to a 34/36 now and I only weigh 185lbs instead of 240lbs. I noticed that my thighs also have the fat on them when I workout 3-5 days a week.
I can now do 2 miles in 24mins instead of 34 but I'm not seeing anymore weight loss or inches being lost. I've been doing more weights and crunches/sit ups to help with the cardio. Normally I only eat 3 meals a day but some days I eat a snack or two during school if I get super hungry.
I'm just wondering am I stuck at 185lbs for good or will I keep going down and losing the fat? And lastly will this gut ever go away and with hard work can I develop a 6-pack? If it helps any, my dad, grandfather, and uncle are all big people, but now I consider myself normal and all my friends do too.
