Number 1, is to be honest with yourself, and want ta make the change,for your self not somebody else,
2. Look at what you eat and how much you eat,
No cokes, gatorade, etc, I drink at least 6 sixteen oz of water each day,I use a flavor like cystal light and use 1/2 a 39cent pack per bottle of water, No bread,pasta ,rice brown or white,I have 2 eggs for breakfast and a strip of bacon or 1 sauage patti,with tomato slices, only if Iam hungry if Iam not hungry I don't eat, Or a Bowl of bran flakes,
3. plenty of veggies,green beans,califlower etc, sometimes for lunch a hamburger patti no bread, with cheese and veggies
4. fruit, berries strawberries, honey dew, blue berries, a little water melon,
5. No Caffine
6. When I do eat when I fill satisfied I stop
7. Iam not on a diet,!!Iam changing my lifestyle this is the way I think,diet sounds temp. this is a permanate change
8. I don't eat ate any resturant,only fresh food I prepare at home,
9.snacks are fruit, veggies, cheese, and sometimes a glass of merlott!!
