Lost 60+ lbs !! Now need to reduce fat in stomach !

I have recently lost 60+ pounds !
I'm 182lbs @ 6'2" .. But I still have a belly ! It's not HUGE or anything. But it's still noticable.

What is the best way to get rid of it ?
I'm willing to do pretty much anything.

Well, your about where I am for height and weight, and the only advice I can give is to have patience. I've started running about 3-4 hours a week on top of my regular weight training for about 1 1/2 months and I'm starting to see results, but it's not that fast. If I train any harder, I know I'm going to end up overtraining and not reap the benefits.

I have been reading ALOT and have been lead to believe that diet is the best solution to losing the stomach !

I kind of need help on the diet part, All of my weight loss came from low carb. I'm just now adjusting back to eating normal food. So, I kind of need help in that department more than anything.

For now I usually eat a bowl of mini wheats with 10oz of Skim Milk. Going to start adding 2 scoops of Whey Protien in my morning cereal.

Lunch I'll have like a apple or some kind of fruit.

Snack .. Maybe 1-2 mini wheats with fat free Whipped cream.

Dinner.. 6oz of Tuna, Can of Mixed Vegtables. May begin putting a piece of whole grain wheat bread in there.

That does it for my diet. Not losing or gaining weight by doing this.
