Lost 45 lbs and now have Washboard Abs!!!

Hey everyone,


I am brand new here and just wanted to say that at this time last year I weighed at least 45 lbs more than I do now. I knew I was overweight, but was guessing it was only 15 lbs. However 45 lbs later I am toned, and have washboard abs. I dont know when I exactly started to lose weight, maybe in the spring of 2011. By last summer I noticed I was already down about 15 to 20 lbs, then another 15 lbs less by November and saw that my Abs were coming in. Then this month another 10 lbs less, and now I am probably done losing weight.


It is so great now, I am in awesome shape, I am very toned, and I even see a little bit of shape in my face. I guess before my face was a little fat. I have never looked this good in my life.


So how did I do it you ask? Just exercise and giving up a lot of foods that made me fat. I was always exercising but noticed I was not losing weight. Then I stopped working at this company that used to feed us food all the time. But it was stuff like Pizza, Pasta, Doughnuts, Cookies, and all kinds of other fattening foods. After I quit that place and wasn't eating as much garbage I noticed I weighed less (last spring). So then I realized I needed to cut out all those foods completely since I still ate some of them at home.


So I gradually cut out all those foods like Pizza, Taco's, Pop Tarts, Candy, Chips, Ice Cream, Fast Food Restaurants, etc. I still eat Pretzels when I have a sandwich for lunch, and have Ice Cream Sandwiches maybe twice a week, but I am snacking much, much less than I used to. I eat a lot of fruit as snacks, but no Bananas. I estimate that I have about 1500 calories a day now, which is much less than I used to when I would eat some sort of dessert every day, plus a lot of candy inbetween meals.


There is no need for surgery, or diet pills, or ab machines, etc. I barely even do ab exercises. But if I can lose weight like this, you can too. Plus I save a lot less money from not buying all that garbage food that was making me fat.


Oh and the most important thing is my Blood Pressure is back to a near perfect healthy range. I remember every time I went to the dentist for 6 month dental cleaning they kept telling me my blood pressure was too high. I did not realize it had to do with being overweight.
