Lost 40 pounds, New Challenge

Hi all,

It's nice to see a forum where we can discuss about losing weight and find support in each other.

I'm new here, but not new to weight loss. Have been doing it for years. :D

I've just lost 40 pounds, but now trying and finding the motivation to keep the weight off.

I hope to share my experience and find some support in this forum.
 
Welcome aboard and a big congrats for losing the weight. :)

Do you have any more weight to lose? What is your plan of attack from this point forward?

I don't have any more weight to lose. Any more I'll be skinnier than a broomstick. :D

My plan now is to keep the weight off by:

1) Eating in moderation, not like a glutton
2) Exercise regularly.
3) Spend more time at WLF so I don't have to think about eating :D

It sounds like we have a similar plan in place :)
Congratulation for losing the weight and best of luck with maintenance!
