Hi- I have been "dieting" since September. I started at 318 and I am at 280-so almost 40 lbs
I have been monitoring calories, eating higher protein and going to Canadian Bariatric Clinic and following doctors suggestions i.e increased protein, frequent eating, etc. I am also talking weight loss medication, Meridia. You can see my progress and before /during pictures on my blog, .
I have been having tough time- I hit a real wall over December where it seemed i was losing and gaining the same 5 lbs over and over again. I have really only lost about 10 lbs since late November- and even then most of that was lost in January. Been hard to stay motivated! I have also started doing yoga and LOVE it.
