Hello everyone,
My name is Stephanie and this is my first time on here.
My orignal goal was to loose 30 lbs...well.....
I started working out and eating better back in February of this year and so far i have lost 38 lbs (WOOHOO..lol). I am 21 years old & 5'8" i started out at 196.5 and am now down to 158.5. I dont have a tiny frame, meaning i have wider shoulders and wider hips so i was wondering if i should keep trying to loose weight or if i am at a good stopping point where i am now?
any information or suggestions would be gretly appreciated
