Well been having some neck pain as well as chronic back pain. Had a xray done and my doc tells me I have loss of normal lordotic curve in my neck along with weak neck muscles. Anyone ever heard of this before?? My darn back hurts enough and now my neck as well.
I don't want to live the rest of my life on painkillers but lately seems even high potent vicodin can't even touch it. Been doing a lot of stretching and weight training with a fellow who's pretty smart with it. He says my form is good but how in the world did I get this neck thing. I was in a truck accident over a year ago but had no pain. Could this be a delay effect if it?? Any ideas would be great Thanks..........marty
