Hey Everyone!
I'm Dee. I'm 20 years of age, weigh 190 lbs and stand at 5'0 (short & fat=not a good combo :-/ ). I really want to start on my weight loss journey because i'd like to be at least 145 or smaller. However, when I try to do sit ups or crunches, after doing about 10-15, I get a sharp stabbing pain in my stomach that stays there for like 10 minutes after I stop. I was wondering if anyone might know what the cause of this is? I went to the hospital to get checked out and they said some bs about me having IBS which to me in my interpretation doesn't explain the pain accrued when working out. Also, if anyone has any suggestions as to things I can do to prevent this or alternatives, please feel free to comment
Thanks!
