losing weight

I weight 133 and im trying to get down to 130, what the best/fastest way to do that? and how can i keep that 130 and not gain weight? Im on the cross country team so i run everyday except on weekends. Should i stop lifting weights since im trying to lose weight, since i heard muscle weighs alot
 
hy would you want to loose muscle?
why do you want to weigh 130lbs?

you will fluctuate about 3lbs in a day anyway. you can easily drop 3lbs by having a crap and a sauna before weighing yourself. then you'll put it back on when you drink water and eat dinner.

Just exercises well and eat healthy.
