I have an insulinoma which means I produce too much insulin, as a result of this I am hypoglycemic which means my blood sugar levels drop faster/lower than a healthy person. Because of this it means I eat more than I should and I'm putting on weight very fast.
I used to very healthy with a standard figure but now I'm very out of shape (I pretty much have man tits!). I play football (soccer) very often and my fitness has very obvioulsy deteriated. I can't play full match any more, I'm not running as much and it's seriously affecting my game.
Essentially, because of my condition my whole life is falling apart. I need a way to keep fit/lose weight but without changing how much I eat, so preferably exercise (although I play a lot of football without change).
