Hi everyone, I just started College, which takes place from 9-4 (get home at 4.40 or so). I tried to lose weight before but eventually gave up but I am determined more than ever now since College gets me up in the morning and has me sticking to a schedule, even on weekends. We eat lunch at 11, then again at 1, and from 1 - 4.30 or so my stomach is empty.
It's important as far as I know to eat at regular intervals to keep up a metabolism, so how does my school schedule suit a weight loss regime?Also what kind of exercise and how much should I be getting in a day now (morning before school, and after?)
I'm so determined to do this and would love any info or help with it
