Here it is. I'm a 34 year old 6'4" male that weighs 325 pounds. Was 396 back in feb. I've lost it through better eating and walking my dog or riding my bike. Cardio really has been helping me
well I started lifting with a bowflex because my buddy was bugging me to start lifting with him. He pretty built so I figured it would be wise to join him. Well people say you can't gain muscle and loose weight at the same time so is working out with him going to hinder my weight loss? I don't want to pass up an opportunity to work out for free with a good partner but at the same time I want to lose weight and get smaller not bigger.
my whole objective is to be thin and built. Not huge but nice and cut up. I really don't know what to do.
