Hello!
I've started exercising over two months ago (I was 58Kg)- i try to do at least and hour every day, 5 times a week. I've stopped for a while over two weeks ago when I was sick, but now I am back to working out (now I am 56Kg).
However I've noticed that the right side of my waist is slightly bigger than the left. Does this mean that I am exercising unevenly? Is there any thing I can do to even it out?
I only want to lose another 2 or 3 kilos, so if I keep going do you think this unevenness in my waist will balance out? cos it looks kinda funny.
Thanks a lot, all suggestions are welcome
