Hi,
I'm a 22 year old male in my senior year at school. I get really stressed out at school and need to do some things before I can graduate. These things are rather stressful, so over the last 4 months I have been losing weight through healthy diet and exercise. I am 5'10, and currently weigh 142 pounds but I think it's closer to like 145 after dinner (I weigh myself a little too much).
In June, I weighed about 165. In September when school started, I weighed about 150.
Basically, I am willing to go back up to 160-170 in the Spring (my last semester) because I eat out of comfort. I intend to eat healthily, though, just something like say, 3000 calories a day (sounds like heaven to me after all of this calorie restriction). I have never been able to really get rid of all my cravings, but I have been able to stick to a low calorie diet most of this time. It was 1500 for parts of the summer, but I do not drop below 1800 now because I believe I may weigh too little to try to take off say, a pound a week. I lost my willpower a few times, but I tend to make up for it the next day at least somewhat. Sometimes I'll have a 4000 calorie day and feel awful the next day. The worst was probably about 7000 calories one day.
My goal is to weigh 135 by January first, which is not underweight, but it makes me feel like getting through the rest of my college degree will be heaven and one of the best times of my life.
I rushed this post a bit because I have to get to a class, but I'll have more to say later on. Thanks for giving my thread a view,
