Losing weight quicky!

OK, here goes. I am a young male, I am 6 foot 4inces tall, and I weigh 21.4 stone! Feel bad even just saying that.

I am wanting to change my life around and start losing the weight quickly. Currently, I am doing around 30-40 mins everyday on an exercise bike, cycling approx 18km in 30mins. This is the only form of exercise I am carrying out at the minute.

Basically, I am looking for some advice on any other forms of exercise I could carry out, or If just using the exercise bike is enough as it is? (I am not wanting to join a gym, would prefer to do it all in the house)

Also, I am wanting to find out the type of foods I should eat throughout the day?

I know a lot of people get to a point where they want to lose weight and lose it fast. Programs such as the Biggest Loser show the participants losing a lot of weight in a very short period of time, and it is possible to do that if you have the time and dedication. HOWEVER, it's not the healthiest way to go about it. The best way to lose weight and to ensure it stays off is to lose it slowly and over time. Dont let this deter you. If you lose weight quickly, it actually works out that you are decreasing your muscle mass more than your body fat. In regards to eating, I have some details on my site under 'weight loss' in relation to how many calories you should be having and how much you should decrease it by to lose weight in a healthy way.
