Hello im 160 cms and 184 pounds currently obese but have lost 13 pounds in the last 4 weeks.
Was wondering if its possible to lose 19-15 kilos within 40 days since i have lot of excess fat?
Im on a diet that consist of
8am, Breakfast = Cereal, glass of juice
10am, Snack = fruit
12pm,,Lunch = Grilled fish/chicken and some vegetables
3pm, Snack = fruit
5.30pm, Dinner = meat, 1 tomato and boiled egg and a piece of wholegrain bread
Been working out for quite a bit now but didn't do as much cardio so i have muscles in the arm and shoulder areas and it shows when there flexed or after i've worked out
Training schedule is
Monday: 20 minute of sprinting and stopping, shoulder, biceps and triceps, squats with weights and without, push ups, sit ups and lunges.
Tuesday: 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and another 30 in the afternoon, squats, push ups, sit ups, lunges and burpies
Wednesday: 20 minute of sprinting and stopping, shoulder, biceps and triceps, squats with weights and without, push ups, sit ups and lunges.
Thursday: 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and another 30 in the afternoon, squats, push ups, sit ups, lunges and burpies
Friday: 20 minute of sprinting and stopping, shoulder, biceps and triceps, squats with weights and without, push ups, sit ups and lunges.
Saturday: 20 minute of sprinting and stopping, shoulder, biceps and triceps, squats with weights and without, push ups, sit ups and lunges.
Sunday: 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and another 30 in the afternoon, squats, push ups, sit ups, lunges and burpies
i know the safe amount of weight you can lose per week is 2.2-4.4 pounds or 1-2 kilo but wondering since im obese if i can lose atleast 8.8-11 pounds or 4-5 kilos every 10 day?
Some feedback on the workout and diet would be appreciated.
