Hey guys I use to be really skinny back in 2006

I weighed 125 in December 2006 and then in August 2006 I weighed 177 because I got taller I'm now 5' 6''. So during school I ate and ate.... I didn't realize it showed on my face I was only paying attention to my stomach I found out in the end my face was big.. So then I weighed 210 which was in August 2007. So I went on a diet but didn't exercise at all. Now today I am weighing 160 pounds...but thing is the fat is still on my face, my stomach went down and of course all my jeans keep falling down..only thing that is bugging me is my face I can show you some pictures of myself you can see the difference! I'm just wondering what is the best way to lose fat on the face...

Do some face exercises

I'm not so sure if it works, but it's worth a try. i myself am also trying to reduce fat on my face but i just kinda gave up. >.< i was born with big cheeks and it kinda of stayed that way. -.-'
but i hope it helps :)

Well I wasn't born with big cheeks I'm going to try and use the treadmill only and see if that helps with losing fat on the face!

The fat in your cheeks is removeable with plastic surgery, i recall one lady had the chubby cheek look no matter what they did and they removed the large pollup of fat in each and then she looked normal (seemed a fairly easy process to me, it was like a blob of cotton wool)

Plastic surgery is expensive I think.
How long does the skin take to tighten up afterwards?

You cannot spot train when it comes to weight loss.

The fat in your face and neck will disappear as you lose weight.

I don't think your face looks fat at all. Comparing the two pictures, you can see a slight difference, but it's not "fat" looking to me.

A lot of it is probably due to the fact that you are older now. Even though it's only been 3 years or so, you're still older than you used to be, so your body might not be capable of losing your "face fat" so quickly. I would just continue to do whatever it is that you're doing and wait it out.

Personally, I wouldn't go for the plastic surgery route either. Not just because it can be expensive, but it's dangerous and can leave you looking worse...not better.

Good luck though. It's always nice to see somebody who has been able to cut off so much weight.

Wow, I'm only 20 I don't want to be doing any plastic surgery on myself I know I will lose the weight through exercise! I've been sick for the past week had the flu but now I'm better and I'll start exercising again. I'm doing 300 calories running, I'm feeling weaker in the arms for some reason. Should i lift some weights? I just got a new job I don't want my arms hurting me since I start tomorrow the first day.
