Losing weight in the wrong places..help!

Hi there, im 19 and slightly overweight. Ideally id like to lose weight from my belly/hips and upper legs but im about 3 weeks into my diet and im only losing weight from possibly the worst place...my breasts :mad: bit annoying as that WAS one of my assets

I don't have a diet plan as such...just cutting down on snacks and generally eating healthier meals. Will be joining a gym soon

Anyone got an advice for this sort of situation?

Any help will be much appreciated, thanks :)
 
Weight loss in the beginning will be uneven, such as is weight gain. Don't worry about where you're losing the fat, just try to lose it in general. It may take a few weeks or couple months for the body to naturally even itself out again after going through big changes like this.

ah ok, i thought it was me just being unlucky...don't know a lot about weight loss :rolleyes: thanks:)
