Hi there, im 19 and slightly overweight. Ideally id like to lose weight from my belly/hips and upper legs but im about 3 weeks into my diet and im only losing weight from possibly the worst place...my breasts
bit annoying as that WAS one of my assets
I don't have a diet plan as such...just cutting down on snacks and generally eating healthier meals. Will be joining a gym soon
Anyone got an advice for this sort of situation?
