losing weight in the right places...

i understand how it works... fat burns everywhere but only gets stored in certain places.
so what foods store fat in specific places? basically im getting a 2-pack because its all storing on my lower abs! NOT GOOD!
wait should this go in the nutrition section? ahh confusion...
 
Foods do not store fat in specific places. Fats gets stored in different places according to your genetic and hereditary information and also depending on whether you're a man or a woman.
 
Foods don't stick to certain areas. Your body has it's favorite places to store fat. For some people it's their thighs and other people it's their belly. It varies from person to person.

As you decrease OVERALL body fat and increase lean muscle... the fat will leave the troubled areas. It just takes patience and a commitment to be healthy.
