im 15, 170 pounds, 5' 8''...i just wanna kno wat i can do to stay away from the tv, really my only options that i can think of that are actually semi good for exercise are playing basketball in my front yard, riding my bike, or...idk walking around my neighborhood for 20 minutes...anyway i really want some help from you guys to give me some ideas of other stuff i can do, i spend a lot of time inside in front of the tv or computer, and usually if i find myself outside a lot i only stay out for about 30 min...so stuff for a 15 year old to do around his neighborhood for exercise?
