182 does'nt sound that big ... how tall are you? how old are you ? I struggeled for years up until I was 25 years old . I was overweight since i was 13 my highest weight was 305lbs after struggling so many time with weight loss finally i said enough was enough and i started gradually I first started by cutting out all other drinks except water i drank only water no caffine I was a big caffine drink mostly diet sodas but i knew caffine leads to hungar so I had to get rid of it 2 weeks of pain I was through that next I started eating healthy focusing on eat between 1500-1800 calores I did this for 3 months although hard at first once your in a routine its very very easy .. the hardest part is starting that routine and getting use to it after about 3 weeks you know you can do it. with in 3 months I lost 40 lbs ...

I soon then started working out were I finally dropped to my lowest weight of 195lbs since then I have been building muscle and Iam now at my current weight of 205 and very happy..

Well, Im 17, and I realized that, to give yourself motivation to lose weight, you just have to stop focusing on the other people in school, especially the bullies, and avoid seeing them if its that bad. Like during a spare, or lunch, take a long walk by yourself or just whatever, sit around by yourself if you have to, do what you gotta do. At first it might seem bad, or saddening (if thats a word :S) however, you've just gotta keep telling yourself you're better than that, and better than what everyone else makes you out to be, and if you REALLY wanna motivate yourself, use the fact that you wanna rise above everyones expectations and negative critiques on you to get you moving on your way to losing that unnecessary weight!! Thats how I did it. I was always super shy, and a tomboy, and then I just realized that, everyone who was my friend really gossiped behind my back, I cried for weeks and wouldn't go to school or come out of my room, Then, I realized that I was going to have to come out somehow, scared and sad, didn't matter. When I came back to school I avoided everyone and spent most of my time in the library by myself reading, or like I said out walking, and then I just started losing weight by replaying the memory of how much everyone hurt me and how shocked everyone would be if they saw that it didn't affect me and that I actually looked better than when I had friends. So I started getting more confident that way, and I just had more self esteem, I DEFINITELY couldn't make a fool of myself infront of anyone because its not like I had anything to lose, I had no friends, and now no one can even recognize me lol! Also, I feel better than I have throughout my entire life. SO my point is if you really want something, go for it, ITS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! (Also good for later on in life, because it will probably significantly increase your life span, however, I'm not a doctor so I can't really say, just speaking my mind :))

also I found when i was first starting to plan my meals ahead of time as far as I could soon it will just become second nature.. for example i planned sunday to go to the store and get everything for the next week breakfast lunches and such.
