Losing vanity lbs

Hey, I'm Adriana. I'm new here but I really feel out of place. I really feel for those of you who are trying to lose a lot of weight. I don't want to be a discouragment by posting about the vanity lbs I'm trying to lose. Any tips on boards that are more geared to the 10-20lb loss set? Thanks so much!!
 
Hey there and welcome! Don't feel out of place! There are people here trying to lose as little as 2 pounds so you're not alone! There is a group of us in the thread called "The Going Down Together Club" and it's mainly geared towards people that are looking to lose 20-30 pounds. So stop on by!
 
I'm happy to see this thread.

I started at 123 and wanted to get down to 121. I just needed to remove a little bit of fat from my "diet" and keep my daily gym regiment going. Something went wrong and I ended up gaining 4 lbs. :rolleyes:
 
Hey!

It's cool to see some people like me on here! How tall are you? I used to have a gym membership but didn't use it. Now that I've started exercising a lot, I really really miss it! I'd like to join again, but seems to jinx me for some reason. lol


Right now, I'm either playing tennis, swimming and/or jogging everyday. I also work on my abs and dumbells at home a few times a week. It seems to be working. DOing this and reducing my caloric intake to 1,200 has helped me lose 10 lbs in just 3 weeks! I'm so pumped! ;)
