Losing the final 10 pounds

Hey, awhile back I was around 185 pounds and 6 feet 2 inches.

Right now I'm at 148 or so pounds, and still around 6 feet 2 inches. I'm 14 years old.

For around two month now, I've been unable to lose the final 10 pounds to get to around 140; my ideal weight for now.

I'm vegetarian and my diet consists of

Breakfast: Quaker Instant Fruit and Creme Oatmeal (130 Calories)

Lunch: Salad with greens, tomatoes, almonds, and Italian dressing (I'm guessing this would be under 200 calories)

Snack: Quaker Instant Fruit and Creme Oatmeal (130 Calories)

Snack: Peach (Med-Large)

Dinner: Mushrooms, Garlic, and Onion fried on the pan with Sunflower Oil (Not sure how many Calories, I hope it isn't too much)

Drink: Tea, Water, Diet Soda

I guessed that with this diet I would be able to lose the final 10 or so pounds within two month but I have a problem. Around 5 PM everyday, I get this huge sugar craving. Yesterday I ate no less than 10 kisses candy.

How do I get rid of it? I was thinking of maybe adding another snack, such as more oatmeal?

Oh, I play sports for 30-45 minutes four days a week; I go to the gym once per week. I walk 3-5 miles two days per week (one of them is the same day I go to the gym) and one day I mostly stay home and play video games with my friends.

So how do I ditch the sugar craving? Do I need more exercise? Is there something I should change about my diet (besides all the sweets, heh).

To me it looks like you need to get way more calories in your diet. You should at least have 2000 kcal per day I would say, probably more with your active lifestyle. Make it 2500 kcal. I don't see why you would still like to lose weight, your BMI is below 19 so you already have an unhealthy low weight for your height. If you would like to get more toned you should start to do weight training and eat more, especially protein.
