losing the belly fat

i know this gets old but im one of those people who has stubborn belly fat but fat nowhere else. Ive been cutting for a while and thanks to all of your advice its workin slowly but surely. I was at college for summer classes but went home for a few weeks, my parents eat like crap so unfortunately i didnt do is good as I should have, nothing real bad just regular pasta with meat sauce and hamburgers (lean though) and grilled chicken stuff like that and then lowfat icecream for desert a couple of days. I have a gym at home so I stayed up on that part and might have even gotten more excercise actually. anyway my point is that although i didnt gain any weight i noticed bad visual results only in my stomach. So I guess what im asking is the cut diet im on now suppose to be permanent cuz i seem to gain the belly fat back quickly not goin past mantenance but w/o being strict. is it one of those things you hav to make a choice about cuz if i had to eat what im eating now for the rest of my life it doesnt seem worth it!!!Any advice is welcomed and thanks in advance

Getting rid of belly fat is mostly about diet. Things like ice cream (even low-fat varieties) don't seem to figure in, unless as a once a week cheat.

idont know if u ever heard of that slow churned edys stuff but it only had 110cals and 4 grams of fat a serving and i had 2 so that cant be that bad is it

sometimes you can't. especially with pregnancies. i look pretty good but my stomach jiggle is prob. going to be a part of me.

Depends on how often you had them. If you had them once a week, it's only 220 calories. No sweat. But if you had them every day, that'd be 1540 calories, which would be just under a half pound surplus you'd have to work to take off.

Loosing belly fat is hard, a huge problem. Try these basic advices - avoid junk food, eat "good carbs" especially from fruits and veggies, avoid late night snack and get some exercise.
