Hello! I gave birth to my son 11 months ago and now that his first birthday is coming up I came to the realization that I need to get to work and lose this weight! I'm going back to a healthier lifestyle by cooking food that is good for us and DH and I have signed up at our local YMCA. The weight is coming off slowly but surely and hopefully within a few weeks I'll be off the overweight area in the BMI chart.
