Losing Regained Weight! Help!

Hi guys,

If you've seen introduction thread on the newbies section, you can now assume that I will try to lose my regained weight. After doing intensive research and observation, I conclude that losing weight will be more difficult this time.

Stats:
24 years old
Male
2-3 runs per week (ave 15-20kms TOTAL)
1-2 sessions of weight training
Height: 5'9
Weight before: 220 lbs
Weight after training and diet: 165-170 lbs
Weight at present: 200 lbs (less fat percentage compared to weight before)


Any tips or thoughts on this?

I did half-marathons and weight training. When i was very active, I did 3-4 runs a week and 2-3 workouts a week. I became less active as time passes by when I started working and the rainy season hit my country. :(
 
Well, at this point I don't have any tips or advice other than to just get started on what you have planned above! Have you thought about tracking your progress in the Journal section? We can give you feedback and advice depending as you go!
