I am a large chested girl for my size. I am 5'3" 160 pounds and a 36 E. I am trying to lose weight but I am worried I won't lose my chest. Ladies, when you started losing weight if you lost some of your boobs when did you start noticing? Like after 20 pounds, 2 months, etc? Thanks.

losing chest

anytime i lost weight it started in my face, neck, chest, waist, and the butt and legs were last to go. put it back on in the same order. i used to be a size 52 DD. now i am a 34 long! hang in there. that is a large size for such a small lady. you just might be one of those who has to look at surgical intervention if your chest size is not weight related. don't try to overdiet your bust off. it may not be possible. do your best but check with a doctor if you reach a point where you body is fine and your are still carrying a lot of weight in your chest. let us know how it is going. people don't understand why some of us would like to lose a good portion of a bust unless they have lugged those suckers around for long time, have grooves in the shoulders, sore backs, rashes under them and have to buy all clothes as separates. and that is not even mentioning the discomfort of mammograms! hang in there and talk to us. some get it, some won't. but we care.

Thank you Shy & Rikki. My guy friends/Roommates are constantly joking because i can wear something remotely lowcut and all of the sudden their eyes just pop out and its become a pretty big joke. I'm learning to laugh it off but they are flat out frustrating to fit clothes to. I have one friend I've known since kindergarden and she has lost weight and lost all of her chest so now she wants implants and I would love to just give her some of mine! Its interesting how you always want what you don't have! I can definitely stand to lose a good amount of weight in my stomach and thighs so I'm not dieting purely to lose my chest but its definitely a perk I'm hoping to have... but I'm just praying I'm not always at the point where my band size doesn't match the cup and I have to keep getting custom bras.
Its encouraging to hear that I might be able to control part of my bust with my diet but my problem is staying motivated when I'm not seeing results. Thanks ladies!

Well, I went from a DD to a small C within one year. In all actual fact, my boobs are the first thing that I can see weight loss/gain on. So while results may vary, I am pretty sure that you'd notice a difference when you lose weight. :)

I would love to have your problem - I am also 5ft3 and a size 36a. Once I've finished my diet, my chest will be even smaller as I always lose weight from that area, when it is my lower half that needs to shrink....
