Losing motivation after 3 years...

Hi All,

3 years ago I started exercising heavily (weights and cardio). Went from 200 lbs to 156 (waaay to little for a 5'11, 35 y.o. male) then back to 175 which was perfect. Only issue is that I was still smoking. I finally quit 5 months ago and since then have a hard time maintaining weight. Mostly due to motivation issues - I give into food cravings and can't find the strength to go to my workout room, which I used to love to do. I'm hoping that this is temporary, due to quitting smoking, holidays, "winter blues" and work stress... But I feel like I'm about to give up everything I achieved in the last three years - down to 2-3 workouts a week, eating more, pants getting tighter. How do I remotivate? I sit at work all day, roaring to go work out, but when I get home at night have dinner and put the kids to bed I lose all desire to do anything. I used to just put on the sneakers and go straight to the basement.

Any advice for pushing through those low-morale periods?

Thanks in advance!
