Hi guys,
I'm an 18 year old guy who has always wanted to be part of the military. My plan was always to join up right out of high school, however being a big guy that did not happen. However this fall a good friend and I want to join the navy together. I've obtained a membership at the YMCA and go three times a week. The rest of the week I have a tread mill at home and I'm thinking about looking into some basic aerobics dvd's (thoughts?). My diet is a 180 carb/day diet given to me by a dietitian. I follow this to to my being pre-diabetic. I stil need to lose 140 pounds by September and think i'm doing well. However I was wondering what you guys thought of all of this and also if you guys have any tips or suggestions. Thanks!
