losing inches....

to be at my goal........ regardless of how much of how much weigh i wanna loose 10 inches from my waist and 11 from my hips ...best way to do this?
 
i'd say plenty of cardio and a good meal plan will get ya there but then ya gotta even it out with weights to tone up :) hope this helps its kinda what i did .. good luck have a bitta fun with it :) always helps!!!
 
I learned (the hard way) that you can't spot reduce. Fitness is more about looking at your whole body and coming up with an effective lifestyle that will get you where you want to be. I PM'd you............
