A lot of people are disillusioned when it comes to weight loss. Most people think that when they have lost weight that it is all fat, well, suprise, suprise! It's not. It just kills me when I over hear people saying how much weight they lost so quickly, because a lot of that weight was muscle loss, and water loss, and not fat. Fat Loss is what you guys should be striving for, not WEIGHT LOSS.
