I've always had bulky legs which don't really match my average torso- they're not all fat and are quite muscly, basically they look like rugby players legs! Anyway i'd like to slim down my thighs while retaining as much muscle as possible...
I'm active and generally have a healthy diet as it is.
My weekly exercise programme consists of:
-1 hour of five-a-side football (soccer)
-3 gym sessions-some weights, followed by running, which consists of: 2 sessions of interval training (2 minutes at 10km/h then 2 minutes at 14km/h repeated for either 28 or 24 minutes) and 1 session of sprinting at 14km/h for around 20 minutes
-1 hour of kayaking
Can anyone suggest any different regimes that will help me achieve my aims- i've been doing this exercise programme for a while and my legs do seem more toned, but haven't really decreased in bulk!
