Lose weight fast?

School starts on sept 1st. For a few days, I have been eating about 800-1000 calories, and exercising.
I weight about 145.
How much can I lose in the next 2 weeks?

I am planning on working out alot from now on, but I just wanted to get a nice jump before school.
I went through all my jeans, and I have a few pairs that havnt fit me for over a year. I can get them on and button them. The waist is fine, its just a little too tight on the thighs. I want to be able to get them on for school.

Help please!
 
800-1000 cals is most likely too low, even for weight loss. Hard to say for sure without your age, gender, height, and weight but I always recall the RN who informed me coma patients get 1200 cals a day.
 
Sorry to tell you but you have to eat more. If your calories are too low you metabolism pretty much shuts down because it thinks it's starving. I know...I didn't want to believe it either. Plus if you don't eat enough you are more than certain to binge on total crap. If you cut out soda and a lot of your sugar and simple carb intake you will see a difference in 2 weeks for sure. Try to eat whole foods like fruit, veggies, lean meats and high fiber grains. Drink lots of water too.
