Hi Everyone,

I am a personal trainer and student studying Exercise Bioscience in Los Angeles. I seen many articles but really have not seen information about basic exercise physiology. I know it can challenging to start exercising specially if you are new to it. Below is an informative article on the basics, and how the concept of fat is related to Heart rate and also to exercise.
